The magician then turns to another member of the audience and recalls drawing on the blackboard in primary schools. The mentalist shows the spectator note pads filled with various drawings and asks the spectator to choose one without revealing it to anyone. The spectator looks at a drawing and imagines himself drawing it with a piece of chalk.

The magician picks up the envelope and for the first time asks the audience to say the number and picture they are thinking of. For example, they say “43” and “a boat”.
